Cherries Delight (Pattie)

Ingredients

• 1 large tub cool whip
• 2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
• 1 stick margarine (melted)
• 1 cup pecans, chopped
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese
• 2 Tablespoons milk
• 1 can cherry pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

Mix wafers, margarine and pecans together and spread ½ of mixture in 8 inch X 12 inch baking pan. Put rest of mixture in refrigerator until ready to use.

Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and milk and beat until creamy. Spread on top of wafer mixture. Layer rest of wafer mixture on top. Layer cool whip on top of that and garnish with cherry pie filling. chill overnight.
