  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1.8 oz. Pkg. Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • Cool Whip



Step 1

Pie Crust:
Mix margarine, granulated sugar, flour, and pecans and pat into a greased 14 inch pizza pan. Bake at 350°f for 13-15 minutes. Let cool.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla and spread on cooled crust. Cover cream cheese with cool whip. Add assorted fruits in circles starting from the outer edge. My favorites are strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, bananas, and kiwi. Completely cover crust
