Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 extra-large or jumbo eggs
  • 2 cups milk (2% ok)
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella and Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can crab meat
  • 1 can tiny shrimp
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3 drops red hot sauce - (to 4)
  • 3 regular or 2 deep-dish pie shells

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together in mixer, beating eggs and milk first. Pour into pie shells. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for one hour. Let stand 5 minutes. Each pie serves 6 people.

This recipe yields 12 to 18 servings.
