The Perfect Cold Brew

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole coffee beans
  • 5 cups filtered water
  • regular ice or coffee ice cubes

Preparation

Step 1

1. Coarsely grind your coffee beans not the coarsest setting your gender has. This makes sure you don't have coffee grinds floating around your cup.
2. Once the beans are coarsely ground, add them to a large pitcher or jar.
3. Add the water and stir to mix.
4. Put this mixture in the refrigerator overnight.
5. The next morning, strain your coffee through a few layers of cheesecloth or a coffee filter.
6. Now fill your glass with ice (or coffee ice) and go to town on the milk/cream/sweeteners/syrups etc.!
