Asiago Panko Crusted Pork Chops

  • 6 bone-in center cut pork loin chops
  • 3/4 C. freshly grated Asiago cheese
  • 1/2 C. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 C. Panko
  • 1 tsp. my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper)
  • olive oil

Step 1

Combine bread crumbs, panko, house seasoning and asiago cheese. Rub each chop with olive oil and dredge in the coating. Place chops on a tin foil lined baking sheet (spray lightly with cooking spray). Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, turning once about 1/2 way through cooking. Chops will get browned, but I turned on the broiler for a couple of minutes to achieve a golden brown color before serving.
