Ingredients
- 1 medium onion,diced
- oil for sauteing
- 2 cubes frozen minced garlic
- 1 small red pepper,cut into thin strips
- 1 lb frozen whole green beans
- 2 cubers frozen chopped basil,to taste
- salt and pepper,to taste
- 3 Tbs toasted pine nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions in oil until golden.Add garlic and saute 2-3 min longer,add pepper and continue to saute.Place green beans in pan and stir to combine,cook until heated through and softened. Add basil and stir until well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper,to taste. Garnish with toasted pine nuts.
