Ingredients
- 1 prepared angel food cake
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 small tub Cool Whip
- toasted coconut (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Slice cake horizontally into 3 slices. Pour pudding mix & crushed pineapple into a bowl.. Whisk together. Add enough Cool Whip to make light & fluffy. Spread between layers & on top. Can sprinkle coconut between layers & on top. Refrigerate.
