Ingredients
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 box (5oz) chocolate cook and serve pudding
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish

Step 1
in a large microwave safe bowl use a hand mixer to combine the cream cheese and dry pudding mix. start on low and increase the speed until the mixture is light and fluffy.
whisk the milk and heavy cream, gently blending. microwave the mixture according to package directions, until the chocolate has thickened to a pudding consistency.
Spoon the pudding into 8 small bowls or ramekins. press a sheet of plastic wrap on top and refrigerate until set and chilled, about 30mins. when ready to serve, top each with dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkling of shaved chocolate.
