Ingredients
- 3 TBS chopped peeled ginger
- 2 TBS chopped garlic
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 TBS vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 TBS honey
- 4 lb baby back ribs
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees w/ rack in middle. Line 17x12x1" baking pan w/ foil
2. Puree ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and oil in a blender, then transfer to a bowl and whisk in hoisin sauce and honey. Reserve 1/2 cup sauce and coat ribs w/ remainder
3. Arrange ribs meaty side down in pan and bake, turning and basting once w/ some of reserved sauce halfway through baking,until cooked through about 40"
4. Turn on broiler, brush ribs, meaty side up, w/ remaining sauce. Broil 4-5" from heat until edges are lightly cleared, 4-8"
