Ness's Toffee Corn Recipe
This is from my sister. I'm not sure where she originally got the recipe.
- 2 bags microwave popcorn-either extra butter or kettle
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1/4 C corn syrup
- 1 Stick butter. MUST BE REAL BUTTER. NO SUBSTITUTES!!!!
1. Melt butter in pan. Add sugar and corn syrup. Stir till boiling. Placed popped corn on cookie sheet. Pour mixture over each. Stir. Bake at 230 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min.
