  • 3/4 c bottled Italian dressing
  • 1/2 t garlic salt
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 10 mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 2 med cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c chopped parsley
  • 1 med green pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
  • 3 large tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
  • 6 oz swiss cheese, cut into thin strips
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, sliced


Servings 8


Step 1

In bottom of salad bowl, combine salad dressing, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Add mushrooms and green onions and mix into dressing. On top of this mixture layer the cucumbers, parsley, green pepper, tomatoes, and swiss cheese. Do not mix the salad. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours. Just before serving, mix together and garnish with egg slices.
