CIDER PUNCH

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 4 c apple cider, 1 cinnamon stick, 3 whole cloves and pinch of salt in saucepan. Halve 1 orange and add juice and peels and bring to simmer and remove from heat and let steep 10-15 minutes. Strain into a pitcher and add ¾ c apple brandy or bourbon. Chill at least 2 hours. Can serve on the rocks or heat it up for a warm drink.
