Sticky Sesame Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Frozen Popcorn Chicken
  • 6 T. Honey
  • 4 T. Ketchup
  • 4 T. Sugar
  • 2 T. White Vinegar
  • 2 T. Soy Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Garnish: Green onions & Sesame Seeds
  • 6 C. Cooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

Cook popcorn chicken according to package directions.

In saucepan over medium heat, whisk together honey, ketchup, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil while stirring. Reduce heat and simmer until thickens.

Toss cooked chicken in sauce and serve over rice with garnish.
