Preparation

Step 1

mint leaves (minced and one left for garnish), 1 lime ½ cut into slices and ½ juiced, crushed ice, 1 shot simple syrup, 1 shot white rum, club soda. In a tall glass add minced mint leaves and a slice of lime to the bottom of the glass, fill the glass 2/3 of the way with crushed ice. Add shot of simple syrup and shot of rum, then add juice of ½ lime. Stir together and finish off with a splash of club soda then garnish with mint leaf.
