BROWN SUGAR PECAN ROUNDS

Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 t. baking soda
  • 1/8 t. salt
  • 1/2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
  • ●Heat oven to 350 F.
  • ●Mix margarine, brown sugar and egg. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • ●Drop dough by teaspoon fulls about 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • ●Bake until set (12-15 minutes.)
