Zesty Spicy Cauliflower from Mish Mag

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • oil for sauteing
  • 16 oz fresh cauliflower florets(you can use frozen but skip the 5 min of cooking time)
  • 5 scallion,sliced
  • 2 tsp lime juice or rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbs soy sauce
  • splash siracha sauce
  • black sesame seeds optional

Preparation

Step 1

Saute the garlic in oil for approx 2 min. Add the cauliflower pieces and saute 5 min. Add the scallions,lime juice,and sauces and continue to cook approx 3-5 min,tossing the cauliflower the entire time.Remove from pan and add sesame seeds before serving.
