Step 1

in a food processor pulse ½ packed parsley, 1-2 anchovy fillets, 1 scallion (corsley chopped) and two cloves garlic. Then add ¼ c light mayo, ¼ c plain low fat yogurt and 1 tbsp white wine vinegar and salt and pepper and combine. Will last up to five days. We tried this on 2/14/09 and Jackie really liked it as sauce for grilled chicken. I thought it was ok. Would be good on fish and with shrip.
