SOUP - Chicken Pho - Cuisine Adventures (Costco)

07/11/15 - This is very good. I added a couple of small teaspoons of my homemade Asian chili oil, a splash each of soy and sesame oil and a poached egg.

Ingredients
- Microwave
- 1 . Remove and discard film that covers the bowl.
- 2 . Add 4 oz (1/2cup) of water or broth.
- 3 . Heat on HIGH for 3 minutes. Stir, heat for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes longer and stir again.
- 4 . Let sit for 1 minute or more before serving.
- Add hot chili oil to taste
