Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp water
- salt & pepper
- ground ginger (opt)
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk egg yolks on low heat. Add lemon and water and continue to whisk. Melt butter in mircrowave and let cool slightly. Add a little of butter so as not to curdle the eggs. Add remaining butter and contiue to whisk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
