Ingredients

  • 4 cups Flour
  • 1 lb lard
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 4 ingredients until crumb texture
In mixing cup, mix egg and vinegar
Fill to 3/4 cup
Add flour mixture and knead until smooth and slightly sticky.
When rolling, add more flour
