- 1/3 cup apricot preserves, melted
- 1/4 cup Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Step 1
In a small bowl, blend all ingredients. Brush over ham during last 20 minutes of cooking time. Recipe may be doubled, but this seems to be plenty for a large ham.
