Epicure's Fiesta Taco Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp Epicure's Pueblo Bean Dip Mix
  • 1 cup prepared Epicure's Poco Picante Salsa, divided
  • 1/2 of 8oz pkg light cream cheese
  • 1 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp Epicure's seasoning for Nacho Cheese Dip
  • 1 cup grated low-fat cheese - any kind

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

Cook beef and pueblo bean dip mix until lightly browned. Drain off excess fat and stir in 1/4 cup poco picante salsa and then set aside.

Soften cream cheese in microwave on high for 15-30 seconds. Stir in sour cream and nacho cheese dip seasoning.

Spread cheese mixture on bottom of pan. Top with beef mixture.

Thinly spread remaining poco picante salsa and then top with cheese. Refrigerate until ready to bake.

Bake for 15 minutes or until mixture is bubbling. Serve hot.
