Tuna Noodle Casserole

This one's for you - Lee Ann, I did not have it written down before, so here you go!! "Just an old favorite family casserole".

Ingredients

  • 1 can 10 oz Condensed Cream of Mushroom soap.
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1 Cup frozen peas - or any veggie you like!
  • 2 cans tuna in water, drained
  • 4 oz of egg noodles ( cooked & drained)
  • 2 tbsp. plain dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp melt butter
  • (To Cook the noodles, bring 8 cups of water to boiling, add noodles, stir and cook until tender)

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees
Mix together the soup, milk, & veggies ( you like)
add tuna & cooked noodles.

in a small bowl add bread crumbs and butter, stir them together
until the bread crumbs are covered with butter.

Put the tuna mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole ( oven ready dish).

Bake for 20 minutes or until brown and bubbling. Stir the casserole mixture then sprinkle the bread crumbs mix over the top.
Put it back into the oven for 5 minutes .
