Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) ctn. small curd cottage cheese, drained
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1-lb. ground beef
  • 1 (1-lb.) pkg. rigatoni, cooked
  • 2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°.  Grease 9x13” pan.  Combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs & parsley flakes; mix well.  Cook beef with garlic, salt & pepper; drain.  Add sauce.  Spread 1/2 c. sauce on bottom of pan.  Evenly top with the rigatoni, cottage cheese, sauce, mozzarella & repeat.  End with mozzarella cheese.  Cover pan tightly with foil & bake 1 hour.  Uncover & bake 15 minutes longer.  Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
