Ingredients
- 1/2-lb. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. hot water
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1/4 stick oleo, melted
- 30 graham crackers, finely crushed
- 14-20 " spring form pan
- 1 2/3 c. whipping cream, whipped

Preparation
Step 1
Cream cheese & sugar until fluffy. Dissolve jello in water; add lemon juice. Add to cheese; set aside. Combine cracker crumbs; about half, saving other half for top. Add oleo. Press into pan. Fold cheese mixture into whipped cream. Pour into crust, sprinkle crumbs on top. Chill well.
