Ingredients
- GARLIC LEMON BUTTER
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2-3 tea. grated lemon peel
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tea. minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 tea. salt, optional
- pepper to taste
- HERBED TARRAGON BUTTER
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup fresh tarragon leaves, chopped
- 1/8 tea. lemon juice
- dash salt and pepper
- HERBED BASIL BUTTER
- 1 1/2 cups loosely packed fre3sh basil leaves
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 tea. lemon juice
- 1 tea. seasoned pepper
- 1/2 tea. garlic salt
- PARSLEY BUTTER
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh tarragon (or 1 tea. dried)
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley (or 1 tea. dried)
- 1/2 tea. minced chives
- 1/4 tea. minced garlic
- dash of pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combined all the ingredients.
Refrigerate leftovers.
HERBED BASIL BUTTER: place basil in a food processor; cover and process until coarsely chopped. Add rest of ingredients, cover and process until blended.
