Ingredients

  • GARLIC LEMON BUTTER
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2-3 tea. grated lemon peel
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tea. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tea. salt, optional
  • pepper to taste
  • HERBED TARRAGON BUTTER
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup fresh tarragon leaves, chopped
  • 1/8 tea. lemon juice
  • dash salt and pepper
  • HERBED BASIL BUTTER
  • 1 1/2 cups loosely packed fre3sh basil leaves
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tea. lemon juice
  • 1 tea. seasoned pepper
  • 1/2 tea. garlic salt
  • PARSLEY BUTTER
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh tarragon (or 1 tea. dried)
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley (or 1 tea. dried)
  • 1/2 tea. minced chives
  • 1/4 tea. minced garlic
  • dash of pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, combined all the ingredients.

Refrigerate leftovers.

HERBED BASIL BUTTER: place basil in a food processor; cover and process until coarsely chopped. Add rest of ingredients, cover and process until blended.
