  • RED SKINNED POTATOES (QUARTERED)
  • OLIVE OIL
  • ROSEMARRY
  • SALT
  • PEPPER

Step 1

WASH AND QUARTER POTATOES. PUT IN LARGE MIXING BOWL AND ADD ENOUGH OIL TO COAT POTATOES. WASH FRESH ROSEMARY AND PULL LEAVES OFF THE STEM. ADD TO POTATOES ALONG WITH SALT AND PEPPER. TOSS THROUGHLY AND SPREAD ON BAKING SHEET.
BAKE IN 400 DEGREE OVEN UNTIL TENDER AND BROWNED.
