Texas Brownies and Frosting
This is a delicious cake-like brownie recipe that I got from my sister in law in, yes, Texas. The coffee adds a light flavor complexity, the frosting has a slightly chewy texture which makes it a hit with me.

Pour over flour/sugar mixture and add remaining ingredients. Mix, pour into greased 10 x 14 pan, bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare frosting. Combine margarine, cocoa and milk in medium pan. Heat on medium and stir constantly until mixture boils. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until it is smooth.
