Step 1
Cook 1.5 lbs shelled, deveined shrimp in 2 tbsp oil in 2 tbsp oil 3min or until cooked through, turning once. Transfer shrimp to plate. To skillet, add 2 med. zucchini, sliced; 4 cloves garlic, chopped; and 4 tbsp butter. Cook 3 min . Add 3/4 c white wine and 1/8 tsp salt; cook 2 min., stirring and scraping. Toss vegetables
with shrimp; 1 lb linguine, cooked 1/4 c pasta cooking water, 2tsp grated lemon peel; and chopped parsley.
