Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 (16oz) jar picante sauce
- 1 can bean and bacon soup
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 t parsley
- 1 t paprika
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 16oz kidney beans
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef and garlic. In a large bowl combine soup, 1 cup picante, corn starch, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well and fold in beans, 1 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup onion, and beef. Mix well and put in pie crust. Cover with second pie crust and bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes.
