Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded muenster cheese (4 oz)
- 1 cup shredd part-skin mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (1 oz)
- 8 slices thick sandwich bread of choice
- 2-3 Tbsp unsalted butter, sofented
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all 3 cheeses in a bowl. Divide evenly among 4 bread slices and top with remaining bread slices. Heat 1 Tbsp butter in large skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches in batches, adding the remaining 1-2 Tbsp butter as needed, until cheese melts and bread is golden, 3-4 minutes per side.
