Step 1

¼ c softened butter, ¼ c crumbled blue cheese, ½ tsp hot sauce, 2 tbsp minced chives, salt and pepper, mix all and roll in wax paper. I tried this on 06/08 and it was very good, good on chicken, steak, or pork.
