BRANDIED STEAKSIDE MUSHROOMS

Preparation

Step 1

3 lb. Fresh mushrooms sliced lengthwise, 3 tbsp butter, seasoning salt, ¼ c Worcestershire sauce ½ c brandy. Saute mushrooms in butter until brown. Sprinkle liberally with seasoning salt. Add Worcestershire saouce and simmer until almost all sauce is absorbed by the mushrooms. Add the Brandy and continue to simmer until mushrooms are tender.
