Sesame Cashew Chicken Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts Bone/Skinless, Washed, Cut Bite Size
  • 1/2 C Flour
  • 1/2 t Black Pepper
  • 2 T Canola Oil
  • 1 C Soy Sauce
  • 6 T Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 6 T Ketchup
  • 3 T Brown Sugar
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 t Fresh Ginger Minced
  • Dash of Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 C Cashews UnSalted
  • Sesame Seeds for Garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Large Plastic Bag Add Flour, Black Pepper & Chicken. Shake to Coat.

Large Skillet Medium Heat with Oil, Brown Chicken Until Cooked.

Medium Bowl Add Soy, Vinegar, Ketchup, Sugar, Garlic, Ginger & Red Pepper Mix Well.

Crock Pot on Low Heat Add Chicken & Mixture. Cook 1-2 Hours Until Warm & Blended. About 1/2 Hour Before End Add Cashews. DO NOT ALLOW MIXTURE TO DRY.

Serve Over White Rice, Garnish with Sesame Seeds.
