tortilla/wrap/flatbread/naan - Gluten-Free Flatbread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup tapioca starch
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy (stay away from sweetened flavors)
  • dash of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk all ingredients together.

Cook on a griddle or skillet like pancakes. Keep the pan greased or the batter will stick. I use either bacon fat or Kerrygold butter.

Make sure the flat bread cooks well on both sides, or the flat bread will be gooey in the center.
