Heirloom Tomato Salad

  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 2 t snipped chives
  • 1 t grated lemon zest
  • 1 t Dijon mustard
  • 1 t honey
  • 1/4 t sea salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 or 6 sliced heirloom tomatoes



Step 1

Wisk first 7 ingredients, add olive oil in thin stream while whisking until blended. Fan tomatoes slices onto a large platter. Season with salt and pepper and serve with dressing.
