Onion Soup Mix

By

This recipe is the equivalent of one “packet” of store-bought Onion Soup Mix. I usually triple or quadruple this recipe and keep it in my spice cabinet in a mason jar.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or other glass storage container with airtight lid. Shake until well mixed and use as desired.

NOTE: This makes the equivalent of 1 store bought packet of onion soup mix. I usually quadruple the recipe so I don't need to make it as often and keep it in my spice pantry labeled "Onion Soup Mix".

If you want to use this to make Onion Dip, add the entire amount to 16 ounces full fat organic sour cream. Stir until well combined, refrigerate and allow to sit overnight or for at least 2 to 3 hours for the flavors to meld
