Ingredients
- whole chicken cut into pieces
- marinate pieces in a glad bag for 3 hours
- Chop rosemary 4T
- 10 garlic
- 3 T salt
- 1 T peppercorns
- lemon zest
- 1/2 jar (4T) dijon mustard

Preparation
Step 1
marinate pieces of chicken in glad bag for 3 hours in fridge
Remove chicken - dip in flour and deep fry in canola oil 3 -4 minutes and drain
Bake 180 for ten minutes
