Ingredients
- 1 2/3 C cornflour
- 1 2/3 C plain flour
- 1 C soda water
- 375 mil beer
- 6 large fillets fish
- 12 mussels
- 12 prawns
- calamari
- squid

Preparation
Step 1
dust fish with flour
dip in batter
drop into hot oil canola
mussels in shell - batter fry
hold prawn head and dip and fry
same with calamari and squid fillets
startare sauce - mayo, capers, gerkinds,shalots, lemon juice, parsley
refry chips three times!!!!
