Ingredients
- 4 Large potatoes, cubed
- 32 oz bag sauerkraut, drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large tart apple, chopped
- 2 Tbs packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 1/2 lb boneless pork loin roast
Preparation
Step 1
1. Put potatoes in slow cooker
2. Combine remaining ingredients, except pork in slow cooker. Place half of the sauerkraut mixture on top of the potatoes. Add roast. Top with remaining sauerkraut mixture.
3. Cover. Cook on High 3-4 hours.
