Step 1

get 2 lbs (12-15) peeled and deveined shrimp and leave the tails on and put them on a sheet pan with olive oil, salt and pepper and spread them in 1 layer and roast in a 400 degree oven for 8-10 minutes, just until pink and firm. Set aside to cool. Then for the sauce combine ½ c chili sauce, ½ c ketchup, 3 tbsp prepared horseradish, 2 tsp fresh lemon juice, ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce and ¼ tsp hot sauce.
