Ingredients
- 2 c vegan choc chips
- 1 organic silken tofu firm, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 c unrefined dry sweetener
- 1 T vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Melt vegan choc chips in dbl boiler
Cut tofu in 5 pieces, add to blender with all other ingredients and pulse, place in nobake crust and refrigerate for 45 minutes or until firm.
Whip coconut creme with vanilla and vegan confectioners sugar for topping
