scoop out insides of 4 ripe Haas avocadoes, then add 3 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice (one lemon) 8 dashes hot pepper sauce, ½ c small diced red onion (1 small red onion), 1 large garlic clove, 1 tsp slat, 1 tsp pepper, cut those ingredients together. Then add 1 medium tomato seeded and diced small, salt and pepper to taste. NOTE: Use Hass avocados - the brown wrinkly kind, as tehy are especially rich and creamy. Buy them that are slightly soft but not squishy.
