Step 1

take large strawberries, clean and cut tops off, the turn upside down and cut chris cross and squeeze open. The spone in a mixture of 8 0z cream cheese mixed with ¼ c confectioners sugar and ¼ tsp vanilla or almond extract. Then top with chopped peacans. We tried this on 3/9/09 and all four of us loved it. I topped the boys with mini chocolate chips. I tried to use a pastry bag to make it look fancy and the tips did not stay in pastry bags so that did not work. These were really, really good. Also I used a little more vanilla and confectioners sugar is recipe as it helped the flavor.
