Step 1

12 extra large strawberries, bittersweet chocolate, sugar, spray whipping cream, cocoa powder. Slice tops and bottoms of strawberries. Use mellon baller and scope out tops of strawberries and put chocolate in them. Pre heat oven to 400. Sprinkle sugar on top and bake for 10-12 minutes. Then put whip cream on them. Sift cocoa over the top.
