4 oz Mascarpone, ¾ c sugar, ½ c heavy whipping cream, 1 tps vanilla, chocolate dessert shells (Astor brand), fresh raspberries. Whip Mascarpone, sugar and whipping cream. Add vanilla. Beat until stiff. Divide among the four dessert shells. Top with fresh strawberries.
