1 box (10 ox) frozen raspberries, thawed and drained and 1 tbsp liquid reserved, 1 c frozen whipped topping (thawed), 4 store-bought brownies, each cut diagonally in half, 2 tbsp chocolate flavored syrup, fresh mint leave for garnish. In a bowl combine raspberries, the reserved 1 tbsp liquid, and whipped topping mix well. Spoon the raspberry mousse equally into four martini glasses. Place two brownie pieces, points sticking up, into the mousse in each glass. Drizzle with the chocolate syrup and garnish with mint leave. WE HAD THESE 2/13/12 AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND VERY EASY.
