whisk together 1 c low fat milk, 1 c whole milk plain yogurt and 2 tbsp honey. Then add 2 c instant oatmeal, preferably McCann’s Irish oatmeal and stir well. Cover with plastic wrap and refreigerate overnight. In morning stir well and add milk or yogurt to soften and top with fresh berries, sliced banana or grated apple. Leftovers will keep for 2-3 days.
