Step 1
In a bowl, stir together 2/3 cup hoisin sauce, 1/3 cup dry sherry or water, 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger, 4 large cloves of garlic, minced, and 1 Tbsp sesame oil. Makes about 1 cup.
