Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups fat-free sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 10-inch bundt pan with cooking spray. Blend together flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl, mixing thoroughly. Set aside.
Cream together butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add egg whites and beat thoroughly. Stir in sour cream and vanilla. Add the flour mixture, mixing thoroughly.
Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing the cake from the pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
